Make your admission process faster by pre-registering. We recommend that all maternity patients pre-register (pre-admit) by their fifth month. Come by Outpatient Registration and complete the form or pick one up at your Obstetrician’s office. Once you complete the process, we will send you a confirmation letter by mail. Once an outpatient procedure or test is scheduled, we recommend that you pre-register to make your admission process quicker. For your convenience, pre-registration is available online 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
The first time that you log-in to pre-register online, you will answer questions to verify your appointment, identity, address, insurance, etc.
Once you establish your information, you may log in using a PIN created during your initial pre-registration for all future scheduled procedures or tests.
Please pre-register online at least 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Your information will be updated by a Patient Access Representative and you will be contacted for questions or to discuss an estimate of any financial responsibility.
If you do not wish to complete the online pre-registration, you will be contacted in advance of your appointment to pre-register over the phone with a Patient Access Representative. During this call, your information will be reviewed, your insurance verified, an estimate of your financial responsibility will be discussed and you will have an opportunity to make payment prior to your visit.
Pre-Registration prior to your appointment date will expedite your check-in process. If you completed pre-registration, at the time of check-in you will present your identification, insurance cards, make deposits or payment, and sign any documents prior to the test being performed.
