Prescriptions
Please make your prescription and renewal requests during our regular business hours when your chart is available. We are not able to call them in after regular business hours. If you call in your request before 3pm, the prescription will be called in or filed electronically to the pharmacy of your preference by the end of the day. Therefore, if the request is called in after 3pm, please allow 24 hours for the prescription to be called in or filed electronically to the pharmacist.
For your safety, we cannot approve prescription renewals if you have not seen the physician in our office within a one-year period or have not seen the physician for any recommended follow-up care within three months.
