For your convenience, medical appointments are available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 until 11:30am and 2:00 until 4:30pm. and Friday from 8:30 until 11:30am.

If we are seeing you for the first time, you will fill out a comprehensive medical and drug history. Bring a list of ALL medications with doses and schedule, and always carry it with you.
Because we respect your time, we try to stay on schedule; however, occasionally unforeseen problems and emergencies will arise. Whenever possible, we will keep you informed of any delays and will ask your preference of either waiting or rescheduling your appointment. To allow us to be fair to all patients, we ask that you give us at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
Therapy, Nutrition, and Psychology Appointments
All other services require an order from the child's primary physician. Please have the doctor write the order for evaluation and treatment, include each type of service desired, and include the diagnosis to be addressed. Appointments for these services are made with the individual clinicians. We strive to arrange appointments to maximize the benefit of co-located services and minimize the impact on the family's schedule. Please refer to Patient Information before the first appointment.
Many urgent problems can be addressed in the office during regular office hours. However, should an emergency occur after hours or during the weekend, our answering service will take your information and immediately contact the physician or physician assistant (P.A.) on call. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, we urge you to call Emergency Medical Services at 911 or go directly to the closest Emergency Room.
We encourage you to call during office hours about any medical problems. Our office staff is trained to answer most of your questions and will relate your information to the physician or other appropriate clinician then return your call at the earliest opportunity. If you must speak directly with the doctor, your call will be returned as quickly as possible between scheduled patient appointments.
Because we care about your privacy, all of the information you present to our office is kept strictly confidential. Without appropriate written consent, we cannot forward to anyone the medical record or any information from the medical record.
